[About the scissor case]

●What does "custom scissor case" mean?
→This is a semi-custom style created using aruci's original system, where you choose four parts. You can choose from a variety of shapes and colors for the body, scissor pocket, duckbill belt, and shoulder strap. This is recommended for those who want to incorporate various requests and create a unique, one-of-a-kind bag, even though custom-made items can be expensive. There are over 300,000 possible combinations! We hope you will find your favorite combination.

●I have a lot of tools. What type of scissor case can best store them?
→ We recommend ciggy. It has a large gusset so you can store a lot of things.

●I previously purchased a 3-scissor case, but now I have more scissors and would like to purchase a 6-scissor case separately . → For those who use aruci scissors cases, these are sold separately. The hooks are all made in the same position for 3, 4, and 6 scissors, so you can change them out and use them.

●I would like to store 7 or 8 guns. Is this possible?
→You can choose up to 6 scissors in your custom scissors case.
If you want to store 7 or more scissors, please use a tool case (sold separately). If you are using a scissors apron, please use it with scissors pockets on both sides.

●I am looking for a scissor case that is as light as possible.
→If you are looking for a slim and compact case for 5 scissors, we recommend the Slim Scissors Case !

●What is the difference between the scissor pockets for trimmers and hairdressers?
→One of the scissor pockets for trimmers is large and three-dimensional so that it can store curved scissors.


●Is it made in Japan?
→All aruci products are made in Japan. They are made by artisans in a workshop in Osaka. The cowhide used is also domestically produced (with some produced in Italy).

●I would like to use the shoulder bag as a sling → All aruci shoulder bags are 2-way. Use it as is to carry it over your shoulder, or remove the shorter end to use it as a sling.

●Can I add a name?
→Yes, you can! The engraving will be on the shoulder, and up to 12 alphanumeric characters (uppercase and lowercase) can be added. Our artisans will engrave it with care. Please note that since it is engraved, you cannot choose the hiragana, kanji, or font.

→We will wrap your item for an additional 330 yen.

●How long is the delivery time?
→ Items that are in stock can be shipped within one week. When you place an order, an estimated delivery date will be displayed, so please refer to that. If you need it urgently, we will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us via LINE.

[About repairs/maintenance]

●Can you repair it?
→ We will repair your product free of charge for the first year after purchase. We will continue to provide repairs after that, so please rest assured. We will provide thorough support so that you can use your product for a long time. We will also lend you a replacement product free of charge during the repair period if you wish.

●Can I issue a receipt?
→Yes, you can. If you enter the desired recipient's name in the comments section when placing your order, we will ship it together.

●Can you ship overseas?
→Yes, you can. The website is available in both English and Chinese, so please use it.

●Can I actually see it?
→We have a directly managed store in Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo. Please make a reservation using this reservation form . We are sometimes able to provide tours at our Osaka workshop, so if you are interested, please contact us via LINE. We also offer the loan of leather samples and actual products.
