For women, the most common frequency was once every two to three months, which was a bit surprising.
For men, it seems to be expected, once every 1-2 months.
And the frequency of both is decreasing as people get older, perhaps because they have more free time and need more hair care.
As for location, it seems the standard practice is to book your usual stylist at your usual salon.

The good thing about having your hair styled to your image is that you can leave it to them, as your preferences will become more common as you continue to work with them for a long time.
